Between tenancies a property can start to look dated and tired. No matter what you do, cleaning, painting, you may still find that it is harder to get the calibre of tenants you would like.
You'd be surprised how adding warmer colours and a few choice accessories can make your property more inviting to prospective tenants.
Before our designer arrives take sometime to consider some questions regarding your project:-
- For whom is the space being designed?
- How long do you plan to rent?
- What is your time frame for refreshing?
- What is your budget?
- What image do you want to project?
Be sure to consider the positive and negative aspects of the space.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, don't worry! Freedom Interiors will lead you through the design process. Remember, the more information you provide, the more successful our designer will be in meeting your needs and expectations. You may want to refer to photos, postcards and magazine to consolidate your ideas.
The meeting should take place on site. We will walk through your property and discuss your likes and dislikes. We can then work with you to focus your ideas, thus enabling you to create an ideal living space for your tenants within your budgetary constraints.
A brief report, confirming our discussions and giving you a room by room outline of suggested styles, furniture positions, lighting and action list, will be sent on to you within a few days.
You may also opt for our designer to prepare a complete Refresh Plan whether it be for DIY purposes or using our expert advice and practical support to “Co-ordinate your project” keeping in mind your budget.
